Dear Santa.. Define good

Is it good that I gave my 23 year old daughter my OTHER cell phone after she threw the one I let her use against the wall and busted it into a million pieces?

Is Good like when I found the kitten and took it home even though I knew my husband would have a stroke?

Maybe you mean Good is like forgiving my father for again insulting me and treating me like a small child even though I am 50?

Good is so vague.
